It was love at first sight with my new Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Intense lipstick and now we're happily in love.
Si tratta del numero 39, a parer mio un corallo perfetto, né troppo aranciato e né troppo sul rosa, che pur essendo un colore abbastanza vistoso una volta applicato risulta quasi naturale, almeno per i miei standard.
Nonostante il finish sia opaco non secca eccessivamente le labbra, inizialmente ha una consistenza cremosa, ma con l'andare del tempo si fissa e tende ad essere un po' meno confortevole, in ogni caso niente di paragonabile ad un Ruby Woo o che una passata di burrocacao non possa risolvere. Lo considero comunque un pregio, con questo caldo i rossetti troppo cremosi non mi fanno stare molto tranquilla, ho sempre il terrore che possano andarsene in giro per la faccia.
La durata è davvero ottima, circa 5 ore per una mangia-rossetti come me è un traguardo che in pochi sono riusciti a raggiungere, se non fosse che ogni tanto ho bisogno di rimirare la sua bellezza me ne dimenticherei proprio.
Il prezzo è di 22,90 € da Sephora, non poco certo, ma li vale davvero tutti.
This is number 39, a perfect coral in my opinion, not too orangey not too pinky, and despite being kinda flashy it looks almost natural when applied, at least concerning my standards.
Even if the finish is matte it doesn't dry the lips too much, at the beginning the texture is creamy, but then it sets and it gets a little less comfortable, but nothing compared to Ruby Woo or a lip balm can't fix. I think it's a pro, with this hot weather i'm not totally okay with creamy lipsticks, i'm always afraid they might have a trip on my face.
The lasting is soooo good, 5 hours for a lipstick-eater like me is something not anybody can achieve, i'd even forget about it if it wasn't that i keep on staring at it.
The price at Sephora is €22.90, not that cheap, but it's actually worth it.
Per un attimo mi è venuto il dubbio che potesse assomigliare al Vegas Volt della MAC e in effetti non è che ci sia proprio un abisso tra i due, ma nella mia testa rimangono comunque due rossetti ben distinti.
For a moment i doubted it could look like the MAC Vegas Volt and they're actually kinda close, but i keep on thinking they're two lipsticks which are clearly different.
