Qualche mese fa Revlon è uscita con questi balsami labbra colorati che promettono di essere anche a lunga durata, nonostante l'estrema curiosità mi sono messa subito l'anima in pace convintissima che in Italia sarebbero arrivati nel 2064, ma mi sbagliavo.
La mia scelta è ricaduta sul n. 020 Lovesick, un fucsia davvero allucinante che si può modulare a piacere per ottenere un effetto più o meno intenso.
A few months ago Revlon put out these coloured lip balms that are supposed to be long lasting, despite me being extremely curious i thought they would reach Italy in the year 2064, but i was wrong.
I chose the n. 020 Lovesick, such a bright fuchsia, buildable at your will in order to get more or less intensity.
Appena applicato la sensazione è proprio quella di un balsamo, lucido, morbido e idratante, dopo qualche ora questo effetto svanisce lasciando solo la tinta che su di me dura fino a quando vado a struccarla, magari il colore non è pieno come a inizio giornata, ma c'è e per me è una cosa incredibile. Questa foto è stata fatta verso le 23, dopo averlo applicato intorno alle 16, aver parlato tutto il giorno, bevuto litri d'acqua, cenato e lavato il viso.
Right when applied it feels like a balm, glossy, smooth and moisturizing, after a few hours this effect fades but the stain is still here and it lasts until i remove it, let's say the colour is not as bright as it was in the morning, but still i think it's unbelievable. I took this picture at about 11 pm, when i applied it, it was 4 pm and then i chatted all day long, i drank litres of water, i had dinner and i washed my face.
In questo periodo non ho le labbra particolarmente secche quindi non mi ha dato nessun tipo di problema, ma temo che per qualcuno potrebbe risultare poco confortevole, nulla comunque a che vedere con le tinte già in commercio che ho avuto modo di provare.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi che è la gamma di colori non proprio varia, troppi rosa abbastanza simili tra loro e neanche un bel rosso o un corallo, ma credo sia perchè qua da noi non sono arrivati tutti (e te pareva!).
In conclusione sono rimasta davvero colpita da questo prodotto, per me "stain" e "balm" erano due parole che non potevano stare nella stessa frase e invece a quanto pare è possibile.
Nella profumeria in cui l'ho acquistato costano intorno ai 10€, ma si sa che purtroppo i prezzi variano a seconda dei posti.
Lately i haven't had dry lips then i had no problems at all, but i'm afraid someone might not find it very comfortable, but still nothing compared to all those commercialised stains which i have already tried.
Just to be hyper-critical, i'd say the colour range is not that wide, too many pink tones, too close to each other
but no red or coral, i think we don't have the whole assortment down here.
Summing up, i am pleasantly impressed by this product, i thought "stain" and "balm" were not supposed to be in the same sentence, but now i know it's possible.
