Questo pennello ha distrutto tutte le mie certezze, credevo che il Buffing Brush (di cui vi ho parlato quasi un anno fa qui) fosse il miglior pennello da fondotinta mai creato, poi è arrivato lui e mi si è sconvolto tutto.
Sto parlando dell'Expert Face Brush, una delle ultime meraviglie ideate da Samantha Chapman.

Come potete vedere ha una forma insolita rispetto ai pennelli da fondotinta liquido a cui siamo abituate, le setole piuttosto corte e fitte permettono di lavorare alla perfezione il prodotto e ottenere un effetto naturale da qualsiasi fondo, simile al Buffing Brush in questo, ma avendo una sezione abbastanza sottile è ottimo anche per il contouring e l'applicazione dell'illuminante.
In realtà si può definire multitasking, può benissimo essere utilizzato anche per fissare il correttore sotto gli occhi e applicare la cipria.
Purtroppo quando si tratta di pennelli è difficile far capire a parole quanto realmente valgono, vorrei poterne regalare uno ad ognuna di voi!
Una cosa che apprezzo tantissimo della linea Real Techniques, oltre al fatto che è 100% cruelty-free, è che nonostante l'ottima fattura e la "popolarità" che ha raggiunto, i prezzi si sono sempre mantenuti bassi, magari non per tutti, ma se ci pensate 9,95 sterline per un pennello con cui si può realizzare un'intera base viso è un affarone.
Lo potete acquistare sui siti inglesi Cocktail Cosmetics, Love-Makeup e Beauty Chamber senza rischio di dogana, purtroppo le spese di spedizione non sono basse, ma ne vale veramente la pena.
As you can see the shape is different than our average liquid foundation brush, the bristles are short and thick and lets you perfectly work the product into the skin and get a natural finish with any foundation, close to the Buffing Brush, but as the section is kinda slim it's excellent for contouring and highlighting too.
Actually i can say it's multitasking, it can also be easily used to fix the concealer under the eyes and to apply the powder.
Unfortunately when it comes down to brushes it's hard to explain how much they're really worth, i wish i could give one to any of you!
Besides the fact that it's 100% cruelty-free, i really appreciate that Real Techniques always kept their prices low, despite their quality and popularity, think about it, £9.95 for a full-face-makeup brush is the real deal.
